A Dental Lab Where Collaboration Matters
At AB Esthetic Dental Laboratory, we're a specialist dental laboratory on the Gold Coast, working with you and your dentist to support implant and restorative cases from planning through to final fabrication.
Our role sits alongside your treating dentist. We don’t diagnose or deliver clinical treatment. Instead, we support restorative outcomes through prosthetic design, material selection and shade matching carried out in consultation with both patient and practitioner.
Our facility combines digital design systems with hands-on laboratory techniques; from crowns and bridges to implant-supported work, every case follows a structured process developed through decades of laboratory practice. To discuss a case or arrange an appointment, call us on (07) 5632 5610.
Patient Collaboration
Patients attend by dentist involvement for prosthetic planning and shade consultation.
Digital Workflow
Digital and analogue systems support structured restorative design and fabrication.
Established in 2022

Why Choose Us
We offer a calm, considered setting where patients can have detailed consultations, shade assessment, dental prosthetics shaped through clear planning and thoughtful laboratory processes overall care.
Our Dental Services
Veneers
Veneers are produced with attention to proportion, surface texture and shade harmony. Diagnostic wax-ups assist planning, supporting clear communication between patient, dentist and technician before final fabrication proceeds.
Crowns
(e.max & Zirconia)
Crowns produced in e.max or zirconia follow dentist prescription and restorative requirements. Design focuses on margin accuracy, occlusal form and material suitability, supported by digital milling and laboratory finishing processes.
Implant Crowns
Implant crowns are designed to support restorative spacing and emergence profile. Digital workflows assist alignment and consistency, while fabrication follows the restorative plan provided by the treating clinician.
All-on-X Zirconia
All-on-X zirconia restorations are developed with attention to structure and long-term restorative considerations. Design supports full-arch implant frameworks as prescribed by the dentist.
Diagnostic Wax-Up
Diagnostic wax-ups provide physical or digital references during restorative planning. They support visual communication and guide prosthetic design prior to final production.
Our Dental Equipment
Milling Machine
Our milling machine supports fabrication of crowns, bridges and implant components, translating digital designs into physical restorations while maintaining consistency across materials, margins and surface detail.
3D Printed
3D printing allows production of models, guides and provisional components, supporting planning and communication while complementing milled restorations within a combined digital and laboratory-based workflow.
PrograScan PS5
PrograScan PS5 provides high-resolution scanning of impressions and models, capturing surface detail to support digital design stages and maintain alignment between physical inputs and virtual workflows.
Exocad Software
Exocad software supports digital prosthetic design, allowing technicians to develop crowns, bridges and implant restorations with adjustable parameters that align with dentist prescriptions and laboratory fabrication processes for each case.
3 Shape Software
3Shape software enables digital case planning and scanning integration, supporting communication between clinic and laboratory while maintaining structured workflows across restorative design, review and production stages.
Restorations Shaped By Detail
Our work centres on fixed and removable dental prosthetics, with a strong focus on crowns, bridges, veneers and implant-supported restorations. We use materials such as e.max and zirconia, selected according to restorative requirements and dentist prescription. Each case begins with careful assessment of design parameters before moving into fabrication.
We provide digital and analogue diagnostic wax-ups, giving dentists and patients a visual reference during planning stages. Digital workflows allow CAD/CAM design and milling, while traditional hand-sculpted wax-ups remain part of our process when appropriate. All restorations undergo inspection prior to delivery back to the treating practice, helping maintain consistency across repeat work.
